The ICT Association of Malawi (ICTAM) is excited to announce two key vacancies as part of our strategic growth initiatives. We are seeking talented and motivated professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong leadership qualities to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of Malawi’s digital landscape.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and manage cash flow.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate procurement processes, office management, and administrative operations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the management of statutory audits and ensure timely compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide organizational decision-making
Qualifications:
- A Degree in Accounting and completion of Professional Level of CA Malawi or ACCA.
- Membership in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
