Job PurposeÂ
The Early Childhood Development Trainer is responsible for delivering training to students and corporate clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will carry out the following duties:
- Assessing Early Childhood Development Programs
- Conducting classes based on the given curriculum
- Scheduling and Administering Assessments Maintaining proper records of training delivery and assessments
- Support Marketing and Outreach: Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of early childhood development training courses.
- Review Course Content and Delivery: Regularly update and refine course materials and teaching methods to ensure they are current and effective.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate classes and workshops based on the provided curriculum to support the professional development of early childhood educators.
Knowledge and Skills RequirementÂ
- Effective Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively convey information and engage with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Skills in identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analysing information and making informed decisions based on evidence.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in using computer applications and relevant technology.
- Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining privacy and handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong Work Ethic: Dedication to maintaining high standards of professionalism and reliability in all tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
- Candidates with a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Development and extensive experience will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Training and Experience
- Proven experience as an Early Childhood Development Trainer
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
