Zuwa Energy seeks to engage the services of a Credit Officer to join the Solar Champions at its Head Office in Lilongwe.
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
Loan Compliance
- Ensuring all loan prospects are approved per Zuwa Credit policy.
Loan Prospect Assessment
- Assessing clients’ financial background and KYC (Know Your Customer) to determine their eligibility for a loan.
Loans Approval
- Reviewing financial data and deciding whether to approve, reject, or refer a loan request in line with Zuwa Energy Credit Procedures.
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Business Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a credit role.
