CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – LILONGWE (1 POSITION)

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidates will primarily be responsible for:

1. Championing the implementation of sales strategies and action plans to drive profitable volume growth for Globe Internet Ltd portfolio of services focusing on the corporate market.
2. Researching and analyzing market trends, developments and market conditions to develop sales strategies and action plans in the requisite segment.
3. Client prospecting, assessing and understanding business requirements and their potential
4. Building a pipeline of potential prospects and meeting customers to propose solutions.
5. Understanding clients’ needs and crafting professional solutions and for proposals for presentation to the prospective clients;
6. Analyzing competitor activities and develop action plans to drive competitive edge for own portfolio.
7. Managing and building strong, and lasting relationship with corporate clients to create value for Globe Internet Lid and the business partners.
8. Developing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with existing and potential clients to continuously build opportunity pipeline.

Experience & Qualification Requirements 

1. Decisive, persuasive and an excellent negotiator with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position in the ICT industry.
2. Experience and high level of proficiency in the ICT sector especially selling ICT solutions.
3. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Business Studies or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher leaming.
4. Certification in Microsoft and Cisco shall be an added advantage.
5. Should be between 30 and 40 years of age.

Remuneration

The company shall pay a competitive package commensurate of the position. However, the job is commission-based.
