Salary: Within the Government Salary structure range of Grade Q
Location: Nkhata Bay District Council
Age: Should be within the age limit of 25-40 years old.
Qualification:
Applicants must be a Malawian with at least have a Malawi School Certificate of Education and a certificate in Food and nutrition from a recognized intuition
Duties
- Prepares menu items according to standard recipes
- Maintains equipment in kitchen to standard
- Serves meals to staff and guests when volume requires
- Maintains the kitchen environment and all utensil clean
- Adheres to health and safety measures in the kitchen
