Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a creative and seasonal menu.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Control food costs and manage inventory effectively.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
  • Culinary academic or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
