Assistant Human Resources Officer: Job Description
We at FLOWTECH Limited are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Human Resources Officer to join our team. As an Assistant Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that a workforce is able to perform optimally, ensuring that the organization runs as smoothly as possible.
Assistant Human Resources Officer Duties and Responsibilities
- Make sure that staff attendance register is up to date.
- Keeping personnel records, updated and calculating leave days.
- Filing all documents.
- Packing and making all payments to employees on the due dates.
- Compiling report of workers compensation.
- To ensure that safety practices are followed at the work place.
- To inspect housekeeping for various departments and make sure that all places are clean.
- Follow up with Insurance companies for Worker’s compensation claims.
- To fill in and submit workers compensation forms to Ministry of Labour.
- Any other duties assigned by HR Manager.
Assistant Human Resources Officer Requirements and qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer/ (AHRO) or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of legislations and procedures of H.R
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Diploma in Human resources/Administration or similar field
