Reports to: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Immediate subordinates BRANCH MANAGER
Job Summary
Implements all operations of a chain of branches that are assigned and allocated to him.
Functions
- Managing retail operations in Agora Depots
- Monitoring sales movement within a range of retail outlets
- Marketing and selling company products
- Managing Customer relations and handling of queries
- Managing competitor information and maintaining retail price list
- Conducting stock take within a range of retail outlets.
- Managing Member Service team; defining expectations, providing leadership and technical support to junior staff, and evaluating direct reports from all retail outlets regularly.
- Coordinating and implementing marketing communications activities including visiting media outlets and planning events.
- Ensure that all staff understand and are able to perform their role in an efficient and cost effective way
- Establishing staff development strategies and Performance Management Systems into team building process.
- Managing internal communications.
- Analyzing branch income statements and managing expenses.
- Monitoring and ensuring the utilization and management of the companies’ resources.
- Ensuring that overall processes within the system are adhered to and executed in a timely manner despite tight schedules.
Experience, Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required
- Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
- 3 years’ experience

- Valid vehicle license. Those with defensive driving license have added advantage
