DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and organizing divisional activities
- Maintaining attorney calendar and scheduling meetings.
- Filing and maintaining legal documents,
- Handling correspondence, managing mail and documentation
- Maintaining office supplies
- Formatting legal documents
- Performing administrative tasks such as processing bills, vouchers, travel planning, bar membership renewals, among others
- Providing back-up support to the Executive Administrative Assistant in their absence
- Processing service of court documents
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Diploma in Business Studies or Diploma in Secretarial Studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing business letters, legal papers and correspondence.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a busy and reputable legal firm.
