DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning and organizing divisional activities
  • Maintaining attorney calendar and scheduling meetings.
  • Filing and maintaining legal documents,
  • Handling correspondence, managing mail and documentation
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Formatting legal documents
  • Performing administrative tasks such as processing bills, vouchers, travel planning, bar membership renewals, among others
  • Providing back-up support to the Executive Administrative Assistant in their absence
  • Processing service of court documents
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of Diploma in Business Studies or Diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing business letters, legal papers and correspondence.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a busy and reputable legal firm.
