Portland Cement Malawi Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, highly motivated, team players and result driven candidates for consideration to fill the following position:
Graduate Trainee Program – 6 Positions
The programme is a one year contract and aims at providing hands on experience and professional skills to young graduates with the aim of enhancing their growth. At the end of the training program, the Trainees will be appointed to permanent positions if the performance will be excellent.

- Commercial & Logistics (2)
- Mechanical Engineering (1)
- Finance (1)
- Human Resource (1)
- Procurement (1)
Qualifications
Applicants must have Bachelors degree in the following fields in the respective order:
- Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
- Mechanical Engineering
- Accounting/Finance
- Human Resource/Public administration / Business administration
- Procurement/Supply Chain Management
Experience
- Applicants should have one year of practical experience.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
