Retail Sales Representative
Purpose of the Job
Contribute to Business Unit’s competitive advantage by enhancing the usage qualities of its products/ systems and providing distinctive expertise to customers on products and systems utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report trend in construction technology, standards and norms of products/systems
- Participate in customer segmentation and anolyze and report on end to use products in each segment
- Develop customer listening and understanding of customers neods.
- Propose and implement customer driven technical assistance processes
- Identify and report new application/system/product development opportunities
- Advise Product Managers, Segment/Chanel Managers and Sales Managers on products/systems best fitting specific technical requirements
- Manage the relationship with professional technical bodies
- In cooperation with marketing, organize promotional events to develop pacifiers and prospects knowledge of Business Unit products/systems
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum of three years’ experience in construction or sales
- Applicants should have good communication and marketing skills
