Key Accounts Manager
Purpose of the Job
implement and execute our corporate strategy/plan to expand key accounts customer based and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing long term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Establishing the needs of key customers and assist in development of and implementation of strategies to meet those needs
- Articulating and engaging in activities aimed at increasing market share through acquisition of new accounts and proper management of existing key accounts
- Proactively gathering current customer data/information and regularly updating customer database to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Preparing/compiling periodic activity and performance reports
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times and through every stage of the customer journey
Competencies and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytics
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing or equivalent
- Five years experience selling within technical sector to businesses and end users
