Waiters

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, well experienced and mature persons to fill the following positions at Kamuzu Academy in Kasungu.

Waiters

Main responsibilities shall include: –

• Providing professional and quality service of food and beverages to students and staff.
• Cleaning the dining hall at the beginning and after every shift to maintain hygiene standards
• Setting up tables with clean linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware in accordance with the menu of the day.
• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of Certificate in Food and Beverage Service from a recognized institution.
• A full Malawi School Certificate of Education.
• 2 years’ experience in a related environment is a must.
• Cordial and hospitable character.
• Observant and attentive skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Able to work extended hours.
