Agricultural Trading Company Limited (ATC), a subsidiary company of AHL Group PIc, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant post:
COUNTER SALES CLERK
Position Function
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, the overall function of the Counter Sales Clerk is customer service and selling of products at a point of sale.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Selling of agricultural and related products and services.
- Providing technical advice to customers on the use of products.
- Liaising with Branch Supervisor on product demands and restocking
- Participating in periodic stock takes.
- Updating of bin cards
- Conducting daily sales summary and banking
- Any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications/Experience/ Personal Specifications
- Certificate in Business Management / Marketing
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- At least 2 years’ working experience iv) Excellent computer skills
- Able to meet deadlines vi) Team player
