Concern Worldwide is an international non-governmental humanitarian organisation dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.
Concern Worldwide invites prospective reputable and competent suppliers for the:
Supply and Delivery of Fruits and Tree Seedlings
1. Interested bidders should request for Tender Bid by sending an email to: malawi.tender@ concern.net with the Tender Reference Number as the subject of the email. There will be no issuance of hard copies of the Tender Bid.
2. All bids must be submitted in Plain Sealed Envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number, to Concern Worldwide Head Office in Lilongwe (Plot 227, Area 3, Mtunthama Drive).
3. Bids must be delivered BY HAND, registered and deposited into the Tender Box at the Reception
4. The deadline for submission of the bids is 10:00AM Malawi Time on Friday, 20th September 2024.
5. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will not be accepted
6. Envelopes not clearly marked, sealed and registered at the Reception shall be disqualified.
7. All sealed bids received by the deadline will be opened on Friday, 20th September 2024 at 11:00AM Malawi Time at Concern Worldwide Head Office in Lilongwe (Plot 227, Area 3, Mtunthama Drive) in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
8. Concern Worldwide reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to cancel the prequalification process wholly or in part, at any stage, without giving reason(s) for its decisions.
9. Concern Worldwide has a Zero Tolerance policy towards fraud. If at any stage in the bidding process you are concerned about corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices, please call the Concern Worldwide toll free line 4848 or email malawi.complaints@concern. net. Bidders will not be penalized or disadvantaged in any way from reporting any incident(s).
