Canadian Physicians for Aid and Relief (CPAR Malawi) wish to sell the following property by private tender:
Location: The property is located in Nkhatabay district, in an area zoned for commercial development, on plot number 302 situated at Chintheche trading centre.
Shape: The plot extends to 0.648 ha of land and is rectangular in shape ideal and with room for continued property development.
Viewing Dates: From 22nd October 2024
Viewing Time: From 10:00 am to 03:00 pm on each workday day of the week
TENDER CONDITIONS
- The property is being sold on as is basis, with or without viewing by the potential buyer.
- An instruction to bidders document, that contains further details, is being sold at the below address, interested bidders can come and buy one copy per bidder at Mk10,000 each.
- CPAR reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
