NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
PROCUREMENT OF MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Date of Issue: 20th September, 2024
1. The National Malaria Control Program (NMCP), under the Ministry of Health with financial assistance from the Global Fund, seeks to procure a Mobile Device Management (MDM) software solution with a one-year license. The NMCP is organizing a nationwide 2024 mass LLIN (Long-Lasting Insecticidal Nets) distribution campaign. As part of this campaign, 6,374 tablets have been procured to enhance digital data collection and management. The MDM is meant to ensure effective monitoring,
management and security of these devices.
2. Bids will be evaluated through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Malawi Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets (PPDA) Act 2017 and its associated Regulations of the Republic of Malawi.
3. A detailed bidder qualifications requirements and evaluation criteria can be found in the bidding Document for this tender process.
4. A complete set of the Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Kwacha only). The method of payment will be cash or bank-certified cheque.

5. Bids must be physically delivered by depositing the package in the tender box located at the entrance of the HIV Building no later than 23rd October 2024, 14:00 hours Malawi local time. Electronic submission will not be accepted. Late proposals will be rejected.
