INVITATION TO TENDER
Tender Title: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES (2024-2026)

Oxfam is a registered International Non-Governmental Organisation. It is a member of Oxfam International, an international confederation of 17 organisations working together in 98 countries with partners and other allies around the world. Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, fair trade, social mobilization, campaigns and education for global citizenship.
Oxfam in Malawi intends to establish framework agreements for two years for the supply of various goods and services and invites eligible suppliers to submit tender(s) for the requirements for:

Interested bidders may obtain Tender documents in English from the Oxfam by requesting through procurement.malawi@oxfam.org.uk
Suppliers may express interest for more than one category according to their registration and capacity to supply.
Bids clearly marked “Supply of Category” must be emailed to procurement.malawi@oxfam.org.uk as per detailed instructions in respective Tender Dossiers.
The collection of the Tender Dossier is from Monday, 17th September 2024 to Wednesday, 24th September 2024 between 9:00 am -12 noon and 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The deadline for submission of tenders is Friday 4th October 2024 at 5pm upon conditions in the tender document.
No late tenders will be accepted. Oxfam reserves the right to accept part of the tender, to reject all tenders or cancel the entire tendering process and is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
Please note that only the successful bidders will be contacted directly for the final processes and tender outcome.
