INVITATION TO TENDER FOR WORKS IN NTCHISI DISTRICT

Ntchisi District Council has allocations of Health Rehabilitation Funds in its 2024/2025 financial year budget and intends to spend part of the funds through Maintenance, Rehabilitation and Renovation of Ntchisi District Hospital as per outlined lots below;

Scope of the Assignment

In view of this, Ntchisi District Council intends to engage contractors to renovate, maintain and rehabilitate Ntchisi District Hospital. The scope of works for the Contractors will include, but not limited to, construction of the following main components;

• Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Operation Theatre
• Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Male and Female
• Extension and Renovation of a Post-natal Block
• Extension of Biomedical Laboratory

Ntchisi District Council therefore invites qualified contractors to perform the tasks on the particular works for renovating, maintaining and rehabilitating Operation theatre block, Male and Female ward blocks, Post-natal block and Biomedical laboratory at Ntchisi District Hospital.

Mandatory Pre-bid and site visit meeting will be conducted at:

Time: 09:00 hours

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2017) and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ntchisi District Council Offices; attention – Procurement and Disposal Officer on 0 992 579 347 [email: sipiwebanda18@gmail.com]. Soft copies of the bidding documents maybe shared upon request by interested bidders.

Interested bidders are required to register their commitment to bid by paying Ntchisi District Council a non-refundable fee of MK20, 000. The method of payment will be in cash to Ntchisi District Council Accounts office.
Completed bids must be delivered to Ntchisi District Council office at or before 10:00 hours on 21st October, 2024.
LATE BIDS SHALL BE REJECTED.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in Ntchisi District Council DEM’s Conference at 10:00 hours on 21st October, 2024.
