INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF BRANDED IEC MATERIALS

Family Planning Association of Malawi (FPAM) is a local NGO providing Youth Friendly Sexual and Reproductive Health services in Malawi. FPAM is registered under Trustees Incorporation Act as Family Planning Association of Malawi and launched on 25th September 1999.
FPAM would like to invite bids from reputable firms who have the capacity to provide Branded IEC Materials as per description below:

A comprehensive set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from FPAM, subject to the payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00. The fee should be deposited using the following banking details:

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Office at FPAM House, Area 10 Plot Number 447, Lilongwe starting from 8.00 – 17.00hrs local time (Monday to Friday).
2 The deadline for submission of bids is 01:00 PM on Friday 6th December 2024, and the bids received after deadline will not be considered.
3. Bids will be opened in public on Friday 6th December 2024 (2:00 PM) at Family Planning Association of Malawi, FPAM House, Plot # 447. Area 10. Lilongwe.
Interested bidders should submit their sealed bids clearly marked “Branded IEC Materials” into a Tender box designated at FPAM front desk in Area 10. All bids should be addressed to:
