Provision of Catering Services at the Capital Hill Restaurant Capital Hill Restaurant, Lilongwe

1. The office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) intends to engage a reputable firm to provide Catering Services at the Capital Hill Restaurant under the 2024/25 budget.
2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee, Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC), on behalf of the Government of Malawi now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders as follows;

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Tendering Procedures under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act, 2017 of the Government of Malawi, and is open to all interested bidders.
4. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address shown in 7(a) below from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00 hours from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown in 7 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5,000.00 between 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00 hours from Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
6. Bids clearly marked “Tender for provision of Catering Services at the Capital Hill Restaurant-Lilongwe” should be delivered to the address shown in 7 (b) below on or before 12 November, 2024 at 14:00 Hours. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address shown in 7 (c) below on 12th November, 2024 at 14:00 Hours.
Late bids shall be rejected.
