PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS GOODS AND SERVICES
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
1. Malawi Posts Corporation has allocated funds in its 2024/2025 approved budgeted to be applied for the procurement of goods and services as listed below. The Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and delivery of Goods and Services as follows:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures (National Competitive Bidding) contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act, 2017 and Public Procurement Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Malawi Posts Corporation, Head Office and inspect the bidding documents at the address given at (6) from 08.00 to 12-00: 13.00 to 16.00 hours local time (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders in person upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000 payable in cash. The Bid Documents can be purchased from the Treasury Office, Malawi Posts Corporation Head Office, opposite CLAIM Mabuku, Blantyre.
5. The sealed Bids shall be marked with the Procurement reference number and should be deposited in the tender box on or before 2nd September 2024 at 10:00 hours local time. Electronic bids will not be permitted.*

8. Malawi Posts Corporation is not bound in any way to accept the lowest or any bid but reserves the right to exercise the choice of the lowest evaluated, substantially responsive bid. Procurement Proceedings may be canceled at any stage.
