Bridge Carbon Limited (Head office) is inviting proposals from interested landlords and real estate agencies for the provision of office space for Bridge Carbon head office team beginning on or about February 1st, 2025. The proposed property should be available for a minimum of 3 years. Lease agreements will be signed and renewed annually.
The office space which should be situated in Lilongwe Capital City should have the following specifications:
- Partitioned office space designed to accommodate 20 people.
- Space for boardroom of 30 people.
- Open-space mini boardroom designed to accommodate 10 employees.
- Kitchen space.
- Storeroom attached to the kitchen which should have cupboard space and shelves.
- Restroom Facilities – Separate enclosed toilets for Ladies and Gents, with a minimum of 1 toilet each, and 2 wall-mounted urinals in the Gents.
- The approximate area for the floor space in 1 to 6 above should be 400 square meters.
- Parking area with capacity for 20 cars.
- Water reservoir minimum of 5,000 litres.
- Wall fence secured space with razor wire and/or electric fence.
- A minimum of 50 KW power backup infrastructure preferably an inverter with batteries of similar rating.
- The landlord will be responsible for office partitioning and providing air conditioners at own expense.
- Separate water and electricity meters from other tenants if the offices are within the same wing or building.
- Quotation of monthly rent inclusive of security services and VAT.
- Quotation of monthly service fees inclusive VAT
