INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2025/2026 FINANCIAL YEAR
The National Food Reserve Agency would like to invite applications from interested, competent and eligible firms for prequalification for the underlisted categories of goods, services and works for the period 2025 -2027.

Interested bidders must enclose the following requirements to be considered for the selection:
- Detailed company business profile with registered address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses and physical addresses.
- List of similar assignments performed successfully in the past thee years with the supporting documents attached.
- Valid copies of tax registration certificates and tax clearance certificates.
- Valid copies of Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority (PPDA) registration certificates.
- Certificates from pesticides and control board for chemicals suppliers.
- Comprehensive company profile
Building contractors should in addition to the above enclose the following:
- Valid NCIC registration certificate and mention the category they are registered for Indicate principal place of Business
- Indicate key equipment (10 tonne Lorry, Concrete Mixer, Concrete block making machine and concrete pocker vibrators
- Key personnel (Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor Degree holders should have 5 years and Diploma holders should 10 years Experience, Estimator, Site Agent, General Foreman with Grade 1, Qualified Brick layers and Plumbers).
Applicants can apply for one or more categories depending on their competencies
Submission
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by close of business on Monday, 19th November, 2024 and clearly marked: “Application to prequalify for Lot No………” to the address below:
