SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRUCK MOTOR VEHICLES WITH VAN

1. Southern Region Water Board (SRWB) has budgeted funds in its budget for 2024/2025 Financial Year for various procurements including Motor vehicles. SRWB therefore intends to apply part of the budgeted funds towards the procurement of five (5) Truck motor vehicles with Van.
2. SRWB now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and Delivery of the following Truck Motor Vehicles with Van:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2017) and Public Procurement Regulations of 2020.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from address in paragraph 7, Attention: The IPDC Chairperson, e-mail address: swb-ipdc@srwb.mw; and inspect the Bidding Documents at the stated address from 8:00 am to 12:00noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK 5000.00 to the following banking details:

6. Bids must be submitted to the address below at 7(a) at or before 14:00 hours on Monday 23 December, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who may choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 14:00 hours on Monday, 23 December, 2024.
