INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Catholic Development Commission in Malawi (CADECOM) is a relief and development arm of the Catholic Church. It aims at creating awareness and empowering disadvantaged men, women and the youth at all levels to undertake development that is integral, gender and environmentally sensitive, sustainable and which promotes justice, human dignity and self-reliance with the active participation of the people themselves so that they take up the responsibility of their destiny. Zomba CADECOM with funding from Caritas Korea (OBOS) is implementing Investing in Agriculture for Food Security and Improved Nutrition Project in T/A Mwambo Zomba District GVH’S Chaweza and Magoli. The IPC now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of the following items:

The bidders must quote for the item name, reference number and price per item. When submitting the bids please submit with relevant legal documents.
- The supplier should be dully registered
- Should have a valid PPDA and Tax clearance Certificate
- The successful bidder will be expected to deliver the items within 5 days upon signing of the contract
- Should provide proof of previous experience in supplying similar items (LPOs, Contracts, or others).

Sealed Bids marked the lot number applying for should be submitted by 23rd September, 2024 by 1:00pm, which will be followed by bid opening at 1:30pm.
