INVITATION FOR BIDS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE
1. The Financial Intelligence Authority (FIA) has budgeted public funds for the 2024/25 financial year for procurement of a Motor Vehicle, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of motor vehicle as indicated below:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (No. 27 of 2017) and Public Procurement Regulations of 2020 and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Financial Intelligence Authority, Private Bag B441, Lilongwe 3 and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 08:30 hours to 16:00 hours local time from Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
4. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be paid for by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K10,000 (Malawi Kwacha). The method of payment will be strictly Bank deposit to account indicated below:

The document can be collected in person or sent by email. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
5. Bids clearly marked FIA-IPDC/NCB/11/24/02 Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicle must be delivered at the address below before 10.00 hours, Friday, 20th December 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a signed Bid Securing Declaration. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 hours, Friday, 20th December 2024.
The FIA is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
