SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE

1.0 The National Commission for Science and Technology (NCST) budgeted using public funds to procure one vehicle. The commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of brand new 16 seater mini-bus vehicle as detailed below:

2.0 Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and in full compliance with the provisions of Malawi’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act No. 27 of 2017 and its Subsidiary Legislations. Bidding is open to all bidders as defined in the Bidding Document.
3.0 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, National Commission for Science and Technology, off Robert Mugabe Crescent, City Center and Inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 08:00 Hours to 12:00 Hours and from 14:00 Hours to 16:00 Hours during working days.
4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the below (6a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K10,000.00 to the cashier. The method of payment will be cash only.
5.0 Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outer envelope with the ” description and reference number” should be delivered in the tender box on or before 26th June, 2024 at 14:00 hours. All bids bids must have a Bid Declaration Form signed by the authorized person. Late Bids will not be accepted, and all accepted bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the address below (6c) at 14:00 hours on 26th June, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
