PROJECT HOPE NAMIBIA (PHN): BIDS INVITATION

Project Hope Namibia in Malawi (PHN-MA), is implementing a 5-year (2023- 2028) project known as Ana ndi Achinyamata Patsogolo Activity (ANAPA), supported by PEPFAR through USAID. The project is designed to prevent new HIV infections and improve the health, well-being, and protection of children, adolescents, their families, and young women (CAFYW) living with, affected by, and vulnerable to HIV. ANAPA complements the Government of Malawi’s (CoM’s) efforts to address the remaining gaps in achieving epidemic control, as outlined by the 95-95-95 UNAIDS targets.

In order to ably serve the above-named target audiences, and to achieve the goal of ANAPA, PHN-MA invites registered and experienced suppliers to apply for the following tender:

1. Supply and delivery of laptops: PHN-MA005/2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

1. Registered Companies interested to participate in this tender should request bidding documents from jnambwale@projecthope.org. The last date for requesting bidding documents is 4 September 2024.
2. Quotations should be submitted at Project Hope Namibia-Malawi, 33 Chilomoni Ring Road, Blantyre Malawi or submit documents electronically documents to procurementmw@projecthope.org.
3. All questions should be sent to the following e-mail address: jnambwale@projecthope.org with dkaufa@projecthope.org in copy.
4. Deadline for submission: 9 September 2024 @12h00hrs, late submission will not be accepted.
