INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
Sale of unserviceable Motor vehicles, motor cycles, ICT and Laboratory equipment and other various furniture’s
Date of Issue: 9th December, 2024
1. Ministry of Mining in line with its 2024/2025 disposal of assets plan intends to sale unserviceable assets as per title above.
2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee for the Ministry hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for disposal of the various items as per Table below: (for more information refer to the disposal bidding document, Section 5)

30 to 58 | various ICT and laboratory equipment |
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with disposal procedures contained in Section 31 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2017 and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. A complete set of Disposal bidding document in English may be down loaded on PPDA website or by collecting free at the addresses indicated in section 2, Bid data sheet of the disposal bidding document from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm local time (Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays)
5. Sealed Bids, clearly marked on the outer envelope with “Description, Reference and Lot Number” must be delivered to the address indicated in the disposal document, section 2 Bid data sheet.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend at the address indicated in the disposal bidding document, section 2 Bid data sheet.
