INVITATION FOR BIDS BY NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) METHOD
PROVISION OF METER READING SERVICES
DATE OF ISSUE: 22 November, 2024
1. Southern Region Water Board (SRWB) has budgeted funds for the procurement of the following non-consultancy services:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Tender procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No.27 of 2017 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2020 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from SRWB and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(a) from 08:00 to 12:00 hours or from 13:00hrs to 16:30 hours.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK 5000.00 at the following banking details:

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who may choose to attend at the address below at 6(b) at 14:00 hours on Monday, 23 December, 2024.
