Luchenza Municipal Council has budgeted public funds in its 2024-2025 budget for the procurement of works contract as shown below:

1.0 Bidding will be conducted in accordance with procedures as contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act and Regulations of the Government the Republic of Malawi.
2.0 Interested eligible bidders may inspect and collect bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit or seek further information or clarification by calling the following numbers 0994 470 799/0993930921 between 8:00am and 15:00pm during working hours.
3.0 The bid, in English language, may be purchased by eligible and interested bidders upon payment of Non-refundable fee of MK20,000.00.
5.0 Bids in sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Procurement Reference Numberand accompanied by bid security declaration must be delivered at Luchenza Municipal Council in the Tender Box placed near reception by 2pm on 2nd July, 2024. Late bids be rejected.
6.0 Bids will be opened in presence of the bidders or their representatives on 2nd July, 2024 at Luchenza Municipal Council (Chamber Hall) at 14:00 hours local time.
