INVITATION FOR BIDS
Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) has allocated funds in its budget for the procurement of Motor Vehicles. The Chairman, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee (IPDC), therefore invite bids from interested eligible bidders to submit their bids as follows:

Bidding will be in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Asset Act (2017) and the Public Procurement Regulations of the Republic of Malawi.
A complete set of bidding documents which contains all the details may be procured at Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) Head Office, Chichiri, Blantyre off-Masauko Chipembere Highway upon payment of a non-refundable cash of MK15, 000.
The payment shall be done at the Cash Office before collection of the bidding document in the Procurement Unit.
Sealed bids must be delivered before 14:00 hours on Wednesday, 3rd July 2024. The Procurement reference number and description of the item (s) must be clearly marked on the envelope. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend at the address given below from 14:00 hours on Wednesday, 3rd July 2024
