Back Ground
Development Aid from People to People (DAPP) Malawi is a local, non-governmental organization, which works to promote social and economic development through health, education and training, agriculture and food security, fundraising and environmental projects and programs. The organization serves the people of Malawi and empowers them to take an active role in improving their life and the lives of others.
DAPP envisions a society in which communities are self- sustained and reliant through increased capacity and skills among the population in which the quality of life and people has improved and people have control of their health, environment and future.
DAPP Malawi intends to procure the below listed items for Loto Langa Project and now invites sealed bids from all prospective bidders for the following:

All bids must be clearly marked with reference number and label the item you are bidding for.
If you are bidding for more than one lot, please each lot should have its own price schedule document.
All documents must be deposited in the Tender Box at DAPP Loto Langa Project offices in Hannover house, Ground Floor (next to National bank head office), along Hannover avenue, Blantyre.
All bids must clearly be marked on the envelope and should be addressed to:

All bids MUST be submitted not later than 14:00 hours, Monday 9th December 2024
DAPP Malawi reserves the right to reject late submission of bids. And all bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at DAPP Project Loto Langa Office’s boardroom on Monday, 9rd December, 2024 at 14:00 hours local time.
