1. The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Wildlife through Department of National Parks and Wildlife has budgeted Public Funds through KULERA RED PLUS Project in the 2024/2025 financial year for the procurement of Twenty One Motor Cycles for facilitation of operations at DNPW Headquarters, Nyika-Vwaza Association (NVA) and Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve Association (NAWIRA). It is intended that part of the proceeds be applied to the eligible payments under the contract no. IPDC/MOTCW/ DNPW/G/2024-25/01.

2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the supply and delivery of Twenty One Motor Cycles as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2017, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries.

4 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address given below at 6(a) from 08:00-15:00 hours every day except public holidays and weekends.

5 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the cash office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5, 000.00 cash.

6 Bids must be delivered to the address shown at (6b) below at or before 14:00 hours, 20th September, 2024. Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the address shown below:

7. The Ministry of Tourism through Department of National Parks and Wildlife does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid, but reserves the right to exercise choice of the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid.
