PROCUREMENT OF GOODS USING NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) PROCUREMENT METHOD ON FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PERIOD OF 2024-2025
Blantyre Water Board (BWB) has allocated funds in its budget for various activity for the period 2024 – 2025 invites bids from interested eligible bidders to submit their bids for the procurement activity as detailed below.

1. Bidding will be in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act, 2017 (PPDA, 2017) and The Public Procurement Regulations of the Republic of Malawi.
2. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Blantyre Water Board and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between 0800 to 1200hrs and 1330 to 1630 hrs. from Monday to Friday by contacting the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU).
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from the address at 6a below upon cash payment of MK 5,000.00 for Goods & Services per tender document which is non-refundable to the CASHIER at Blantyre Water Board Customer Service Centre located at Northgate Arcade during periods specified at 2 above and the bidding documents shall be collected at the Procurement Unit of BWB Head Office, off-Makata Road upon production of a valid BWB receipt.
4. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below at 6b at or before 0900 Hours on 19th December 2024. The Procurement reference number and description of the items) tendered for should be clearly marked on the envelopes.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6b from 0900 Hours on 19th December 2024
