INVITATION OF BIDS

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

Golden Gate Memorial School is an educational institution providing early childhood and primary education. Located at Biwi, in the capital city of Lilongwe, the school has been in operational existence for at least twenty years

The School would like to invite bids from interested suppliers of assorted goods and services for 2024/2025 academic year in the following categories:

CATEGORYDESCRIPTION
1Office Stationery: 

General office printing papers, pens, makers, rulers, pencils, exercise books, erasers, sharpeners, stapler machines, staples, charts, hard covers, chalk and other related items.

2Office Sundries: 

Groceries, Toiletries, Cleaning materials

3Service of refrigerators and air-conditioners
4Building maintenance materials: 

Bricklaying, plumbing, electrical materials and other related materials.

5School uniform: 

Shirts, shorts, skirts, socks, jerseys, blazers, golf shirts and related materials.

6Staff Protective wear: 

safety boots, gumboots, dust coats, work suits and other related materials

7Kitchen Supplies: 

Rice, beef, dressed chicken, beans, vegetables, eggs,

8Swimming pool chemicals: 

Chlorine, pool sand and other related materials.

9Fumigation Services

 

Bids submitted shall contain the following details:

  1. Company Profile (Clearly stating the current Physical address, valid contact telephone numbers and email address).
  2. Category applied for
  3. The current price list
  4. Invoice settlement period.
  5. Expected mode of payment
  6. Conditions on the delivery of goods
  7. Whether registered for income tax

Submissions in sealed envelope clearly marked ‘’PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS’’ indicating the category you are applying for must be deposited at Golden Gate Memorial School HR Office or sent through the address below:
