INVITATION FOR BIDS – GOODS
IFB Reference No: NWRA/G/MW/2024-25/002
Date of issue: 2nd July, 2024.
1. The National Water Resources Authority (NWRA) has received funds from world bank, under the Malawi Watershed Services Improvement Project (MWASIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards procurement of six (6) motor vehicles. The procurement of the motor vehicles will follow Government of Malawi procurement guidelines.
2. The National Water Resources Authority (NWRA) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Six Motor Vehicles as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding in accordance with the tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi.
4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information or inspect the document at the address below(8a) Attention Procurement and Disposal Officer or email Pilirani.mkoloma@nwra.mw.
5. The bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non – refundable fee of Ten Thousand Malawi Kwacha (MK10,000.00). The method of payment will be cash.
6. Bids must be deposited in the tender box at National Water Resources Authority (NWRA) reception to the address below (8b) on or before 31st July, 2024 at 10:00 hours. Electronic bids will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the bidder’s designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below (8c) on 31st July, 2024 at 10:00 hours local time.
7. All bids must be accompanied with a Bid Securing Declaration
