Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is a UK based independent humanitarian and development Organisation that has been serving humanity for over 35 years. With an active presence in over 35 countries across the globe, Islamic Relief strives to make the world a better and fairer place for the three billion people still living in poverty.

Islamic Relief Malawi with financial support from Islamic Relief USA is implementing a 4-year graduation model project titled “Graduating the Ultra Poor Orphan Families in Blantyre District, Malawi-) 20_003642” targeting 400 households. In the course of achieving the first outcome which is “Targeted families have improved food security & nutrition and access to basic needs”the project will provide for education materials to 400 school going children from the 400 beneficiary households.

IR Malawi is inviting competent, registered and reputable individuals, associations and companies to provide bids / quotations for supply of education materials as follows:

Lot 1: School Bags

Lot 2: School Shoes/Socks

Lot 3: Learning Materials

Interested bidders can collect bid documents via email through: Faida.phiri@islamic-relief.org.mw  from 26^th June 2024, and completed bids should be submitted by 10^th July 2024 at 16:00 Hrs; clearly marked “Bid for Supply and Delivery of Education Materials” to the address below: Islamic Relief Malawi, New Naperi; Chiyambi Street, House # 3, Blantyre

Note:   Bidders are encouraged to attend the Bid Opening session on 11^th July 2024 from 10:00am in Blantyre
