Supply, Delivery and Testing of Drilling Rig and Truck

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ICB)
ISSUE DATE: 9th DECEMBER, 2024

1. The Ministry of Mining has allocated funds in its 2024/25 Development Budget for procurement of the above referenced equipment and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery and Testing of drilling rig and truck.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tender bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi’s Public Procurement Act 2017, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address given below at 6 (a) from 08:00-1500 hours every day except public holidays and weekends

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the cash office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MKS, 000.00 cash or amount equivalent to USD.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 6 (b) below at or before 10:00 hours, 22nd January, 2025 Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives at the address shown at 6 (c) a)
