PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
Procurement Reference Number: PPDA/SS/12/2024-2025
1. The Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority (PPDA) has funds within the Procuring Entity’s budget to be used for the acquisition of Security Services.
2. The Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of security services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi’s Public Procurement Act 2003 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PPDA and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 09:00 to 15:00 hours.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7 (b) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.00. The method of payment will be Bank Deposit.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 7 (c) below at or before 14:00 hours on 9th January 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address shown at 7 (d) below at 14:00 on 9th January 2025.
