LILONGWE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES-LUANAR

NATURAL RESOURCES COLLEGE-NRC

The Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for admission into its Natural Resources College undergraduate generic programmes for the 2024-25 academic year.

  1. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FOR INTERESTED APPLICANTS
  2. MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

BRIDGING PROGRAM

Malawi School Certifi cate of Education with a credit in any 4 subjects and at least a pass in any of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, English, Mathematics and Physics.

NRC DIPLOMA

Four credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and any two of the following subject Physical Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at MSCE or any comparable O-Level qualification or 3 passes with at least grade ‘C’ in Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry at A-Level or any comparable qualification.

  1. Exclusion: Candidates who were withdrawn from LUANAR or any other Public University on academic grounds and those already registered with LUANAR, or any comparable university are not eligible for admission.
  2. ANNUAL TUITION FEES (the fees may change from time to time)

Undergraduate Diploma programmes

MWK 650,000.00/annum

All admissions shall be on self-sponsored basis hence

candidates should be prepared to meet all the other costs associated with their studies.

Submission of completed application forms: Application forms should be sent by post to: The College Registrar, LUANAR, Natural Resources College, P.O. Box 143, Lilongwe (Attention Admissions Off ice). or delivered by hand at Natural Resources College.
