HIRE OF FULLY FUNCTIONAL TRAINING FACILITY INCLUDING TRAINING LAB WITH COMPUTERS, CATERING SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION TO BE USED FOR IFMIS END USER TRAINING
The German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) commissioned the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to implement the project “Strengthening Public Financial and Economic Management” (GIZ PFEM Malawi) in Malawi for the period April 2022 to March 2028.
GIZ PFEM MW intends to support the Government of Malawi through the Accountant General’s Department (AGD) to hire a service provider for the provision of a fully functional training facility including Training lab with computers, catering services and accommodation to be used for IFMIS End User Training.
In view of the above, bidders are therefore invited for the provision of a fully functional training facility including Training lab with computers, catering services and accommodation to be used for IFMIS End User Training.
Detailed information about the specific types and required quantity of items, places of delivery, estimated delivery dates, quality/quantity controls and formal as well as technical criteria for choosing the best offers are laid out in the tender documents.

Submission of bids
Bids should be submitted by hand consisting of 2 originals (one Technical and another Financial) clearly marked ‘Provision of Training Facilities for IFMIS End User Training’ to arrive at GIZ Country Office, Area 10/319, Mtendere Drive by Monday, 02 December 2024 at 16:30pm. Late bids will not be accepted.
Failure to comply with any of the tender rules shall also lead to disqualification.
