PROVISION OF AGRICULTURAL SERVICES (INCLUDING CANE CUTTING, WEEDING, SMUT ROGUING, PLANTING AND GAPPING)
Illovo Sugar (Malawi) Plc as part of prequalification process is seeking qualified companies to provide agricultural services for its Nchalo and Dwangwa Sugar Estates.
Interested bidders are expected to meet the minimum prerequisite for the expression of interest as follows:
- Letter of expression of interest
- Detailed Company Profile
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar work with evidence of past and current work, projects and contactable references.
- Copies of Certificate of business registration and any relevant licenses.
- List of vehicles available and equipment owned by the business.
- Valid copies of VAT certificate
- Copies of Audited accounts for the last three years
- Copies of Insurance certificate for workers and third-party liability.
- Organogram with CVs of key staff showing their relevant qualifications and experience of above 10years in medium to large scale agriculture industry.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three years
