EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(EOI) FOR TOURISM OPERATORS WITH LODGES
Serendib Hotels & Resorts is seeking expressions of interest (EOl) from established tourism operators with existing, or lodges under development that are near completion located in the areas indicated below and meeting the below requirements.

| 1. Majete | Must be near Majete Game Reserve, preferably located along the Shire River, and have an existing good road network. | 6 |
| 2. Nkhotakota | Must be near Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve and have an existing good road network. | 10 |
| 3. Cape Maclear | Must have private beach access and an existing good road network. | 10 |
| 4. Nkhata Bay | Must have private beach access and an existing good road network. | 10 |
| 5. Mangochi | Must have private beach access and an existing good road network. | 20 |
| 6. Zomba | Must be in a tourist-friendly location and have an existing good road network. | 10 |
| 7. Lilongwe | Must be in a tourist-friendly location and have an existing good road network. | 15 |
| 8. Mzuzu | Must be in a tourist-friendly location and have an existing good road network. | 15 |
The following criteria must be met:
- Registration: The property must be registered with the Ministry of Tourism or near completion of construction.
- Capacity: The minimum number of rooms is specified in the table above for each location.
- Location: The property should be situated in a tourist-friendly location and have an existing good road network to the nearest main road. Specific requirements are specified in the table above.
