Awareness campaigns for climate change, forest conservation and environment
Kusamala Institute of Agriculture and Ecology (Kusamala) is a local, non-governmental organization that promotes household-level permaculture and agroecology systems in Malawi. Founded in 2009, Kusamala educates individuals and communities on how to improve nutrition, income generation, and environmental health. Through grants and programs, Kusamala conducts outreach, research, and advocacy with the aim to show the viability of permaculture as a local and national agricultural strategy.
With funding from BMZ through Welthungerhilfe country office in Malawi, Kusamala is implementing the Better Livelihood through Sustainable Forest Management and Mitigation of Climate Change Project and requires consultancy services in awareness campaigns in climate change, forest conservation for project activities in Mangochi district.
1. Description of services
Kusamala Institute of Agriculture and Ecology, therefore, is calling upon service providers to participate in the procurement procedure to provide consultancy services where awareness campaigns will be conducted on climate change, forest conservation, and environment in 20 village forest areas (VFAs) in Mangochi district as per attached TORs
2. Submission of bids
