Ulalo, in collaboration with Chancen durch Bildung e.V. and with funding from the Germany Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, is implementing the Community Activation, Management of Natural Resources, and Access to Social Infrastructure (CANARASI) Project (P7653) in Mtwalo/Mpherembe in Mzimba North, Malawi. Part of this project includes construction of 2
Community Development Centres in Kazuni and Thunduwike.
Ulalo therefore invites bids from suitably qualified contractors to:

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
- Due date for receiving request for clarifications is Monday, 9th September, 2024; 5:00 pm Central Africa Time (CAT) to be submitted through email to procurement@ulalo.org.
- Pre-Tender Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 10* September 2024, from 9:00 am, at the address below. Site Visits are not organized by Ulalo, however potential bidders are welcome to arrange own visit on directions from Ulalo.
- Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the address below in a sealed envelope by or before 13:59 hours on Tuesday, 17 September 2024; addressed as below and labelled “Tender Documents for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or Lot 1 & 2”. NO ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED. The bids will publicly be opened at 14:00 hours on the same Tuesday, 17h
