BIDS INVITATION

Project HOPE Namibia-MA (PHN-MA), is implementing a 5-year (2023-2028) project known as Ana ndi Achinyamata Patsogolo Activity (ANAPA), supported by PEPFAR through USAID.

The project is designed to prevent new HIV infections and improve the health, well-being, and protection of children, adolescents, their families, and young women (CAFYW) living with, affected by, and vulnerable to HIV. ANAPA complements the Government of Malawi’s efforts to address the remaining gaps in achieving epidemic control, as outlined by the 95-95-95 UNAIDS targets.

To ably serve the above-named target audiences, and to achieve the goal of ANAPA, PHN-MA invites registered and experienced suppliers to apply for the following Tenders:

1. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Heavy-Duty Multi-functional Printers

2. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Heavy-Duty Generators

3. Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles as detailed on the table below:

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

1. Registered Companies interested to participate in this tender should request documents from jnambwale@projecthope.org. The last date for requesting documents is 6th November, 2024.
2. Quotations should be submitted physically at Project HOPE Namibia-MA, 33 Chilomoni Ring Road, Blantyre Malawi or submit documents electronically in PDF format as a single document, properly labelled with procurement reference number to procurementmw@projecthope.org
3. All questions should be sent to the following e-mail address: jnambwale@projecthope.org with dkaufa@projecthope.org in copy.
4. Deadline for submission: 11th November 2024 @12h00hrs, late submission will not be accepted.
