TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF VEHICLE MAINTENANCE – FPAM/KFW/006/2024

Family Planning Association of Malawi (FPAM) is an indigenous, non-profit making, and non-political Malawian local NGO established in 1999 that exists to provide comprehensive integrated youth friendly sexual and reproductive health rights information and services to young people aged between 10 and 24 in the rural underserved communities using static and community-based approaches.

FPAM is seeking sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Vehicle Maintenance as per description below:

1. Successful bidders will be required to deliver the items to the location mentioned at the address below.

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from FPAM, upon payment of a non
– refundable fee of MK10,000.00 to be deposited at the following details:

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the procurement office at FPAM House, Area 10 Plot Number 447, Lilongwe starting from 8.00 – 16.00hrs local time (Monday to Friday)

4. The deadline for submission of bids is 12:00 Noon on Wednesday 10th July 2024, bids received after deadline will not be considered.

5. Bids will be opened in public on Wednesday 10th July 2024 (2:00 PM) at Family Planning Association of Malawi, FPAM House, Plot # 447. Area 10. Lilongwe. Each bidder will only be allowed to send ONE representative for the public opening viewing.

Interested bidders should submit their sealed bids clearly marked Vehicle Maintenance into a Tender box designated at FPAM front desk.
