BIDS INVITATION

Project Hope Namibia in Malawi invites registered and reputable suppliers to apply for the following tender:

1. Supply and delivery of tablets: PHNMA001/2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

1. Registered companies interested to participate in the RFQ should request Bidding Documents from jnambwale@projecthope.org. The last date for requesting Bidding Documents is 24 June 2024.
2. Quotations should be submitted at Project Hope Namibia Malawi, 33 Chilomoni Ring Road,
   Blantyre Malawi or submit documents electronically to procurementmw@projecthope.org.
3. All questions should be sent to the following e-mail address: jnambwale@projecthope.org
   with dkaufa@projecthope.org in copy.
4. Deadline for submission of bids is 26 June 2024 @12h00pm, late submissions will not be accepted.
